 What currency will I be charged?

All our charges are completed in New Zealand dollars and include local tax (GST).


Is there technical support available?

We understand that sometimes things do go wrong with technology. Just give us a call or send us a private message on our facebook page for an instant response. Alternatively you can email us at support@winemasons.com or and we will get back to you asap.


What if my job listing expires and I want to re-list for another 30 days?

Easy, just navigate to your job listings, choose the job you want to re-list and click ‘re-list’. You will be be redirected to our payment gateway page so all you need to do is pay for an additional 30 day listing and voila…..you are all live! You will get an email to remind you before the listing expires so there is no downtime.

Who will be able to view my resume?

We take your privacy very seriously and we recommend everyone that uses our site views our Privacy Policy here. Your resume will only be viewed by employers once you have applied for their jobs. In some instances an employer will pay us to headhunt good candidates on our database and also can pay to search themselves. your resume however will NOT be available to view by the public.

Do I need to do an introduction resume video?

Yes, it will increase your chances of getting an interview ten fold! All you need to do is plan what you will say, record a video you are happy with and post it on vimeo.com or youtube.com. Then you paste the link into your resume template. It will need to be in English unless otherwise specified in the job posting. For help on how to create a great introduction video, click here.
